Kinemyo - concepts in human movement analysis

Kinemyo aims to provide year 1 Physiotherapy students with an understanding of mechanical principles (module 1) and the structure and function of skeletal muscle (modules 2 and 3) as a basis for developing skills in the analysis of human movement.

Use of everyday examples facilitates understanding of important concepts that are then applied to examples relevant to physiotherapy practice.

Each concept is accompanied by questions and feedback.

Curriculum Usage

The Kinemyo program is used in the Physiotherapy curriculum.
